Job Summary:
The professional will coordinate import operations, ensuring compliance with tax, fiscal, and customs regulations, as well as managing goods classification and logistics.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Plan and coordinate import operations from origin to final delivery; monitor schedules and delivery deadlines; verify and arrange essential documents such as invoice and packing list; ensure compliance with all tax, fiscal, and customs requirements; classify goods for tax purposes (NCM/SH); liaise with customs brokers and regulatory agencies (Federal Revenue, MAPA, ANVISA, IBAMA); negotiate international freight rates; coordinate with carriers and bonded warehouses; prepare and analyze import cost spreadsheets; support logistics and procurement departments; maintain and monitor process KPIs.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
Relevant experience required. English and Spanish – fluent. Bachelor's degree completed in International Trade, International Relations, or Business Administration. Technical knowledge of international trade, customs legislation, shipping documents (BL/AWB), and certificate of origin. Experience with Siscomex, ERP systems, and import control tools.
