Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Receptionist to provide customer service, manage suites, handle cash operations, and oversee inventory management. Key Highlights: 1. If you are a dedicated and proactive individual, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for! \*Responsibilities:\* Customer service via telephone and intercom. Suite cleaning control, key release, and kitchen order coordination. Check-out processing, billing, and cash handling operations. Inventory management and goods receipt. \*Requirements:\* Experience in customer service or reception (preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with management systems (a plus). Financial control and cash handling skills (preferred). Availability for rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night). Commitment to punctuality and high-quality service. \*We Offer:\* \*Base Salary:\* R$ 1\.655,00 after R$ 1900 \+ Cash Allowance 10% \+ Tip Allowance 2% \| Fol \+ R$ 100 \*Meal Voucher (after 3 months):\* R$ 200.00 \*Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance:\* R$ 300.00 \*Immediate Attendance Meal Bonus:\* R$ 130 \*Work Schedule:\* 6 days on / 1 day off (one weekly day off and one Sunday off per month). \*Working Hours:\* 7 hours and 20 minutes daily; exact schedule to be coordinated with the manager. * Loyalty and Incentive Program: Tenure-based Loyalty Bonus: 25% of salary in July during the first two years; 50% in the third year; 100% starting from the fourth year. Performance-Based Incentive Program: Biannual performance bonuses. \*Working Hours:\* Rotating — availability required to alternate between morning, afternoon, and night shifts. \*Work Location:\* Av.
