Pretty cool, right?! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical support and assistance to customers; * Use the Zendesk system to register, track, and resolve support tickets; * Diagnose basic technical issues and provide solutions or escalate more complex cases to Level 2 support; * Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, ensuring they are informed about the status of their tickets; * Contribute to the internal knowledge base by documenting common solutions and support procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Technology-related fields; * Basic knowledge of information technology and digital products; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work both collaboratively and independently; * Spanish language proficiency is a plus. **Additional Information** * We offer Meal Allowance, Food Voucher, and Transportation Voucher; * Gym access for all employees via Wellhub (Gympass) \- a gym network offering over 250 modalities across more than 50,000 gyms; * Celebrate with loved ones!
