Relevant experience should include: * Software development; * Metrics-driven processes and management; * Technology management; * Ability to operate effectively within organizational structures (both horizontal and vertical); * Direct people leadership; * Agile, Lean, and Kanban methodologies; * Technical knowledge of software architecture and engineering; * Strategic vision and ability to navigate between technical and strategic levels of the company; * Strong communication and storytelling skills; * Basic understanding of the financial market (banking and investments); * Supporting the Engineering Manager in organizing the horizontal structure of this competency, defining strategies/directives, and driving them across teams together with other Chapter Leads and Specialists in the horizontal domain; * Leading talent attraction and development initiatives for software developers (1:1 coaching, Performance Development Plans, hiring/termination); * Within your assigned vertical, you will serve as a leader supporting Product Leaders in team structuring and establishing the technical foundation required for optimal product functionality; * Performing people management and development activities; * Supporting the horizontal domain to ensure that processes, tools, and capacity are appropriately aligned so that developers can collaborate effectively with verticals to deliver high-quality products; * Leading software engineering topics jointly with leaders from other technical horizontals, aligning with business strategy and product roadmap to ensure delivery progress through established directives; * Pairing with GPMs and PMs to understand key business challenges; * Promoting adoption of emerging technologies aligned with architectural models to solve business problems; * Connecting other technology areas to enable business demands and needs; 2511150202461839437
