Job Summary: Provide technological support to users, execute procedures to resolve issues, and ensure data organization and security. Key Highlights: 1. Provide technological support to users and execute necessary procedures to resolve issues. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Challenges for This Role:** * Respond to Helpdesk user inquiries and operational issues; * Install equipment and software; * Perform maintenance and configuration of computers; * Ensure confidentiality and security of data; * Conduct equipment and software/hardware license inventories; * Maintain organization of the IT department's S5 area and UPS room; * Configure company smartphones; * Monitor printer supplies (toner, maintenance, parts); * Provide on-call IT support. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Ideally Seek:** * Technical course in Information Technology; * Undergraduate degree in Information Technology preferred (in progress); * Basic knowledge of Microsoft networking; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; * Familiarity with Windows 10; * Knowledge of network infrastructure; * Familiarity with Android and iOS; * Knowledge of Information Security Policies; * Driver's License Class B. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** Comprehensive medical assistance for dependents On-site meals fully covered by the company Meal allowance Education allowance Childcare allowance (for female employees with children aged 4 months to 5 years) Life insurance Transportation allowance Profit Sharing and Results Program Unifertil is a family-owned company now in its fourth generation, with five decades of history in fertilizer production and commercialization, building credibility and transparency over this period in its relationships with employees, customers, partners, and institutions.
