Assistance to employees and area suppliers **\#OurWayRedefinesStories** #### **About the Opportunity: Training and Development Assistant** Responsible for supporting training and development processes, including implementation of in-person and distance training, as well as its control, monitoring, and recordkeeping. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support training logistics, assisting with in-person training events—such as room organization, communication coordination, attendance tracking, and effectiveness evaluation (data tabulation). * Support the training process by handling registrations, enrollments, records, updates, entering evaluations into the system, creating training lists, adjusting schedules, and addressing other related tasks. * Support new employee onboarding by delivering Introductory Training forms and guiding new employees to their respective managers. * Provide support for EAD training: creating tutor profiles, validating access and permissions, supporting online certification pathways on the Knowledge Portal, creating classes on the portal, assisting learners with access and registration questions, resetting passwords for portal access, monitoring progress, and advising instructors on recording sessions. * Generate training reports, verifying that all records are complete, adjusting information whenever necessary, maintaining and completing indicators, and consolidating data into required reporting and control templates. * Assist employees seeking Training and Development services, clarifying their questions and directing them to specialized areas when needed. * Assist area suppliers by performing registrations, answering questions, reviewing required documentation and records, and monitoring and ensuring proper authorization and invoice payment workflows. * Support the probationary period evaluation process, monitoring consultancy activities and assisting with weekly pending task tracking. * Act consistently with AHMV’s mission, values, strategy, and corporate culture—ethically, disciplinedly, with process quality, and respect for people. * Apply AHMV’s Environmental and Quality Policy requirements, as well as all institutional guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Basic Education: Completed high school. * Preferred Education: Undergraduate studies in progress. **Additional Information** **Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.** **Our Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * Employee Restaurant; * Health and Dental Plan, extendable to legal dependents;\* * Plena Saúde Program – Moinhos, featuring a multidisciplinary team of family physicians, psychologists, and nutritionists; * Pharmacy Agreement; * Life Insurance; * Total Pass; * Employee House: we offer a special space dedicated to employees, featuring wellness and care initiatives; * Daycare;\* * Desafio Program.\* * As per internal regulations.
