You will play an essential role in spreading the safety culture, aligning preventive actions with company goals, and directly contributing to employees’ physical integrity and well-being. **Alongside a team that delivers excellence, you will:** Conduct routine inspections to identify unsafe conditions and practices, proposing and monitoring corrective actions; Develop and monitor compliance with safety programs such as PPRA, PCMSO, PGR, and LTCAT; Deliver training sessions, Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS), and awareness campaigns on occupational safety and health; Investigate accidents and incidents, analyzing root causes and proposing preventive measures to avoid recurrence; Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and other applicable legislation; Support expert assessments, inspections, and audits, ensuring the company remains compliant with competent authorities; Act as the liaison between the company and employees in promoting a safe, healthy, and productive work environment. **Requirements and qualifications** **Must have:** Technical qualification in Occupational Safety, with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); Up-to-date knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs), labor legislation applicable to occupational safety and health, and related standards (PPRA, PCMSO, PGR, LTCAT); Proficiency in preparing technical reports, expert opinions, and accident investigations; Intermediate/advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Experience using occupational safety management systems (e.g., SOC, Sênior, or equivalent); **You’ll stand out if you have:** Previous experience in industrial companies, civil construction, or service-providing organizations; A proactive profile, with a sense of urgency, analytical vision, and solution-oriented focus; Strong communication skills, empathy, and ease working with multidisciplinary teams; Ability to influence behavior and foster an organizational culture focused on prevention; Experience conducting internal or external safety audits; Ability to train and guide employees and leaders on occupational safety and health topics. **Additional information** **OUR BENEFITS** We offer a healthy work environment and benefits**\*** that support well-being: .
