Here, budgeting is not just about numbers — it’s **strategy**. **YOUR MISSION AT MACHINE** Be responsible for the **development of technical and strategic budgets**, ensuring **financial viability, commercial competitiveness, and technical accuracy**, supporting engineering and executive decision-making. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Develop comprehensive civil construction budgets. Perform quantity take-offs from project drawings. Conduct technical and financial feasibility studies. Collaborate with Projects, Planning, and Procurement departments. Analyze direct, indirect costs, and margins. Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals. Update cost databases and cost compositions. Support for project profitability and sustainability. **WHAT WE SEEK** Degree in **Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields**. Experience in civil construction budgeting. Proficiency in quantity take-offs and cost composition. Advanced Excel and budgeting software (Sienge or similar). Ability to read and interpret project drawings. Analytical, organized profile with strategic vision.
