Job Summary: Responsible for managing the forecourt, convenience store, and cashier operations, leading teams and ensuring excellence in service delivery and unit performance. Key Highlights: 1. Leads forecourt, convenience store, and cashier teams, promoting alignment with company culture, employee development, and customer experience focus. * Manage forecourt, convenience store, and cashier operations; * Ensure service excellence and adherence to company operational standards; * Coordinate activities related to fuel supply, products, and services offered by the unit; * Lead, monitor, and develop teams, promoting operational discipline, engagement, and a culture of commitment; * Organize work schedules, time-off planning, and operational coverage; * Monitor sales, loss, productivity, inventory, and unit performance indicators; * Align commercial and operational strategies with senior management; * Supervise purchase orders, operational controls, sanitation standards, and quality; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal processes, and applicable legislation; * Resolve conflicts and manage relationships with customers and colleagues; * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. ?
