Job Summary: A professional to manage construction projects, renovations, and facility maintenance, prepare budgets, develop technical drawings, and ensure service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Technical drawing development and quality assurance Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise construction projects, renovations, and internal improvements * Control and manage facility maintenance * Prepare budgets and monitor project costs * Develop and review technical drawings * Monitor schedules and ensure execution as planned * Ensure quality of delivered services with attention to detail Requirements: * Completed or ongoing degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields * Experience in construction project management and supervision * Knowledge of budget preparation * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Preferred: Knowledge of Vectorworks Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.500,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
