Job Summary: We are seeking an Import and Supply Chain Analyst to optimize procurement, import, and international logistics processes, working with suppliers and managing the entire supply chain. We are looking for an **Import and Supply Chain Analyst** to join our team and contribute to the efficiency of the company’s procurement, import, and international logistics processes! **Your Responsibilities:** * Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with domestic and international suppliers; * Negotiate products, services, and logistics solutions to ensure competitiveness, quality, and cost reduction; * Monitor import processes from purchase order issuance through final product delivery; * Track shipping schedules and conduct follow-up with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and carriers; * Request, analyze, verify, and control import documentation, including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, COA, and other relevant documents; * Monitor pre-shipment, shipment, international transit, customs clearance, and nationalization of goods; * Create and manage purchase orders in corporate systems; * Verify and record invoices, freight charges, storage fees, insurance, and other expenses related to operations; * Issue import, transfer, and goods movement invoices; * Plan and monitor product distribution to distribution centers and branches; * Monitor KPIs, costs, timelines, and performance of logistics and import processes; * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and optimization of supply chain processes; * Resolve issues and conflicts related to import and logistics processes, identifying improvement opportunities and pursuing efficient and innovative solutions; * Participate in projects, meetings, technical visits, trade fairs, and events related to international trade and supply chain. **What We Are Looking For:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience in import operations, international trade, international logistics, or supply chain; * Knowledge of customs procedures, import documentation, and international logistics; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * Familiarity with ERP systems; * **Intermediate or advanced English (a plus)** for communication with suppliers and international partners, and for document review; * Analytical, organized profile with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in international negotiations; * Experience managing suppliers and logistics operators; * Knowledge of customs legislation and international trade; * Participation in process improvement and cost optimization projects; * Experience in corporate environments handling high-volume import operations. **Why Join Our Team?** Here, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and strategic operation with direct interface with international suppliers, logistics, procurement, and business units.
