Coordination of architectural projects with complementary disciplines Develop, coordinate, and detail architectural and technical projects, ensuring quality, technical feasibility, adherence to deadlines, and alignment with construction standards and organizational objectives. * Develop architectural projects across all phases (preliminary study, conceptual design, construction documents, and detailing). * + Prepare technical modeling and documentation in **Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp**. + Coordinate architectural projects with complementary disciplines (structural, electrical, plumbing, etc.). + Perform adjustments and revisions as required by internal teams, clients, or construction sites. + Provide technical support to construction site teams and other company departments. + Ensure compliance with technical standards, regulations, and quality requirements. + Participate in technical meetings with internal teams, clients, and suppliers. + Conduct technical surveys and site visits when necessary. + Manage project timelines, document versions, and project documentation organization. + Contribute to process improvements and standardization within the projects department.
