Merit-based environment with growth opportunities #### **About the Role:** We are looking for proactive, ambitious, and determined professionals with experience in individual (PF) customer collections, especially in credit products such as credit cards, personal loans, and payroll-deductible loans. This is an excellent opportunity for those aiming to exceed targets and advance professionally within a merit-based environment. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct active collections via phone, WhatsApp, and email; * Negotiate payment agreements, including installment plans, discounts, and customized proposals; * Record up-to-date information in collection systems and tools; * Meet and exceed daily and monthly productivity and credit recovery targets. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in individual (PF) collections, with focus on financial products; * Proactive, communicative, and persuasive profile; * Resilience and determination to achieve results; * Basic computer skills and familiarity with collection systems. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** * Experience in bank or financial portfolio collections; * Proven track record of exceeding targets in previous roles; * Knowledge of financial mathematics applied to negotiation; * Experience with CRM systems and Excel spreadsheets. #### **Benefits:** * Market-competitive base salary plus performance-based variable compensation; * Comprehensive training and continuous mentoring for professional development; * Merit-based, results-oriented work environment; * Genuine opportunities for career advancement within the company. #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM;
