Job Summary: Professional responsible for digitizing travel information, monitoring schedules, instructing drivers, and maintaining document control to ensure continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of schedules and boarding/alighting. 2. Daily support and instruction to drivers. 3. Participation in quality improvement programs. JOIN OUR TEAM THAT \#HASVALUE! RESPONSIBILITIES Digitize all information related to completed trips; Monitor schedule planning and boarding/alighting points; Provide daily instructions to drivers regarding operational procedures and safety rules; 4\. Provide support/assistance to drivers during activities performed at the client's site; Maintain control over archived documents; Monitor fleet availability verification; Inform the client upon completion of processes; Observe and comply with technical, administrative, environmental, and safety standards; Actively participate in service and product quality improvement programs, environmental management initiatives, and promote the concept of continuous improvement; Perform other similar duties as required. REQUIREMENTS **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed **Field of Study:** Administration, Logistics, Management Processes, Engineering, or related fields; **Knowledge:** Fleet/transportation and logistics, maintenance and costs; Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
