Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the engineer in coordinating work, preparing technical proposals, monitoring projects, and measuring contractor work. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct quantity takeoffs and measurements **Job Mission** Responsible for supporting the engineer in coordinating work, including material takeoffs for projects, contractor measurements, and service acceptance. Prepare technical service proposals to define technical monitoring and progress reports for contracted projects, reporting directly to the site engineer. **Responsibilities** * Perform material takeoffs required for construction execution and validate against budgets; * Qualify materials according to established metrics, such as budget and technical procedures; * Follow construction work planning and possible revisions, if necessary, including completion dates, required materials, labor, etc.; * Monitor service approvals using established procedures; * Analyze project documentation to ensure correct construction execution; * Monitor construction progress against the plan; * Present and monitor service planning with the foreman and supervisor; * Prepare contracts and measurements for contractors; * Request service quotations; * Assist with the site engineer's tasks. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields * Minimum 3 years of experience in construction sites, planning, or engineering routines * Experience in quantity takeoffs, measurements, contracts, and technical monitoring of construction projects * Reading and critical analysis of execution drawings; * Detailed material and quantity takeoffs; * Physical construction planning and schedule monitoring; * Preparation and analysis of contractor measurements and contracts; * Budget analysis and material qualification; * AutoCAD (intermediate level) * Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel) * Sienge system (mandatory).
