Job Description: High School Diploma required; Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 2 years; Driver's License Class B/D/E required; Required Skills: * Results-oriented; * Sense of ownership; * Teamwork; * Operational safety and efficiency; * Ethical behavior. 1. Conduct road inspection cycles in accordance with directives issued by the Operations Control Center, observing all events that impact or interfere with highway traffic flow and user safety; promptly report any anomalies detected via radio, and when applicable, take action to resolve them in compliance with the concessionaire’s operational and occupational safety procedures; 2. Drive and operate the concessionaire’s equipment as needed and in strict adherence to operational and safety procedures: light vehicle up to 3,500 PBT (e.g., pickup truck or similar); 3. Assist users with tire changes; 4. Report and signal all incidents affecting or impacting highway operations and traffic safety, including but not limited to: traffic accidents of any nature; special operations conducted by the Highway Police; maintenance or construction works; unauthorized or irregular access openings (commercial or private); 5. Monitor and enforce against unauthorized occupation of the highway right-of-way (e.g., adjacent landowners, temporary stalls, street vendors, unauthorized signage or billboards, unauthorized construction); public demonstrations; movement of special cargo; damage to highway infrastructure; 6. Perform checklist inspections, documenting and reporting anomalies (e.g., material replenishment, tools, signage, or mandatory equipment) and vehicle damages to the Operations Control Center (OCC) and Traffic/Operations Supervisor for follow-up actions by the Fleet Department; 7. Maintain external and internal cleanliness of the assigned vehicle; 8. Interact with and support external agencies (e.g., Highway Police, Civil Police, CETESB, Fire Department), as required or upon instruction from the OCC; 9. Collect data and perform photographic documentation of incidents per the OCC’s incident registration procedure, ensuring the database remains up to date; 10. When necessary, assist in cargo spill response and transloading operations (i.e., transferring cargo from an accident-involved truck to another vehicle), properly signaling the site per established procedures and wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) based on the spilled material; 11. Document and report anomalies and deficiencies in highway construction and service signage that do not conform to the official Construction and Service Signage Manual, photographing the location and requesting work suspension where applicable; 12. Report, monitor, and accompany special cargo movements along the highway, complying fully with relevant procedures and completing all required documentation; 13. Safely remove live or deceased animals using appropriate PPE and tools; for small animals, dispose of them in accordance with established guidelines; 14. Transport 50-liter fuel drums to power generators at field bases; 15. Perform cold-patch pothole repairs whenever necessary, using appropriate PPE and tools, while remaining vigilant regarding vehicle traffic flow and applying appropriate area signage when required. 251217020255874856
