Mission Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring phytosanitary activities in the areas under their responsibility, guiding teams on tasks and locations, checking equipment settings to ensure efficiency and service quality according to technical standards (phytosanitary and weed control in orchards), internal procedures, and current legislation (labor, occupational safety, and environmental).**Job Responsibilities** • Ensure the development, planning, and execution of farm management activities in compliance with technical standards, internal procedures, and current legislation, seeking efficiency and quality through optimal use of available resources. • Ensure pest and disease inspections are carried out through planning and deployment of work teams, aiming to meet phytosanitary technical standards. • Act as a training multiplier and guide workers on their responsibilities whenever necessary. • Plan and prepare weekly and monthly farm input requests according to the budget plan in coordination with the Phytosanitary Specialist. • Support the motor-mechanization team in equipment control and preventive maintenance, guiding operators to ensure availability of the agricultural fleet. • Guarantee achievement of orchard phytosanitary targets through continuous monitoring of routine management performance dashboards. • Plan and direct supervisor teams regarding phytosanitary schedules based on technical standards and incidence of pests and diseases. • Analyze farm phytosanitary quality operation indicators, seeking solutions and continuous improvement. • Monitor field operation quality through audits of machine and implement settings based on technical standards and programmed dosages, aiming for optimal operation quality and results.**Profile we are looking for:** Office Suite proficiency. Desirable knowledge of citrus production processes. Experience in agricultural operational fieldwork.
