Identify and resolve operational issues for continuous improvement **None:** Fertilizer Production Operator Key Responsibilities: * Operate and monitor fertilizer production equipment and systems, ensuring process quality and efficiency. * Perform mixing, dosing, and packaging of raw materials according to technical specifications. * Carry out cleaning procedures, preventive maintenance, and adjustments on production line equipment. * Monitor and record production parameters, such as raw material consumption, processing time, and output volumes. * Identify and resolve operational issues, pursuing continuous process improvement. * Work in compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed high school education. * 1–2 years of experience in industrial production, preferably in the fertilizer sector. * Knowledge of equipment operation, instrumentation, and industrial processes. * Ability to read and interpret procedures and technical specifications. * Teamwork skills, good communication, and attention to detail. * Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality management systems. * Technical education in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in process control and monitoring tools. **Additional Information:** Not applicable. **None:** None
