Maintain appropriate speed, alignment, and safety distance during operations alongside harvesters or while moving. Assist in production logistics, ensuring correct loading and unloading of transfer equipment. Perform daily machine inspections (checklist) and report malfunctions or anomalies. Ensure equipment maintenance by performing minor adjustments and basic care. Strictly comply with Occupational Safety regulations, including mandatory use of PPE. Contribute to reducing operational losses and improving productive efficiency. Complete operational reports when required, ensuring reliable records. Maintain professional conduct, adhering to internal rules, environmental best practices, and agricultural procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred). Practical experience operating tractors or agricultural machinery. Field experience in harvesting or transfer operations is a significant advantage. Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B).
