Ingredient preparation (cutting, organizing, frying). Mise en place at the condiment station (food preparation organization). Ingredient control and restocking (what is available and in what quantity). Food labeling and storage. Dishwashing. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Attendant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this role. High school diploma required.
