Perform operational and administrative Human Resources activities, supporting Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Personnel Administration, Internal Marketing, and other departmental routines, ensuring quality, organization, timely delivery, and an excellent experience for employees.
Main Responsibilities – Recruitment & Selection
* Post job openings.
* Screen resumes.
* Schedule interviews.
* Conduct initial interviews.
* Administer tests when necessary.
* Update recruitment metrics.
* Maintain an updated talent pool.
Onboarding
* Organize onboarding sessions.
* Prepare welcome kits.
* Support institutional presentations.
* Request system access from respective departments.
* Manage admission documentation.
Training & Development
* Organize internal training sessions.
* Maintain attendance records.
* Issue certificates.
* Update the training matrix.
* Support internal events.
Internal Communication
* Draft internal announcements.
* Produce simple materials for internal campaigns.
* Support organizational climate initiatives.
* Support employee engagement campaigns.
Personnel Administration (Support)
* Receive documentation.
* Organize physical and digital files.
* Assist in document verification.
* Forward requests to the Personnel Department.
Metrics
Update metrics such as:
* Turnover
* Absenteeism
* Open positions
* Average time-to-hire
* Trainings conducted
* Participation in internal initiatives
Organization
* Update spreadsheets.
* Archive documents.
* Organize calendars.
* Monitor departmental schedules.
Occasional Activities
* Organize internal events.
* Support health campaigns.
* Support SIPAT (Internal Safety Week).
* Support quality-of-life programs.
* Assist in climate surveys.
* Support audits.
