Product Development Analyst

Join Vulcaflex and become part of a company focused on delivering integrated solutions through high technology and technical expertise. **Here, your challenges will include:** * Participate in and plan all stages of new product development: request, approval, planning, budgeting, expense control, implementation into the production process, launch, commercial actions, etc. * Collaborate with the Process Engineering and Quality teams to ensure productivity and quality across all manufacturing processes. * Participate in all approvals for new raw materials, applied materials, and suppliers affecting final product quality. * Provide technical information for all organizational documentation, such as technical data sheets, SDS (Safety Data Sheets), conformity declarations, and technical training content. * Provide technical support to the commercial team regarding product application and specifications. **To succeed in this role, we seek someone with:** * A completed bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data handling. * Industrial process experience is desirable. **Working hours:** * 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM (Monday to Friday) Employment type: Full-time CLT contract Salary: R$5.000,00 - R$6.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Transportation voucher Education: * Completed undergraduate degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Industry experience (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
