Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for negotiating, quoting, and finalizing purchases and rentals of materials and equipment, as well as monitoring and evaluating suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiating pricing and delivery terms with suppliers 2. Executing quotations and purchasing materials and equipment 3. Monitoring and evaluating suppliers \- Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules; \- Execute the quotation process and finalize purchases and rentals of materials and equipment for construction projects; \- Monitor procurement procedures from requisition receipt through to delivery; \- Be responsible for supplier evaluation; \- Maintain and update the list of approved suppliers as well as departmental performance indicators. **Desirable:** Knowledge of procurement for construction materials and services, **Required:** Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; **Preferred Qualifications:** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent/CLT Compensation: R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Food allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience purchasing construction materials?
