**Mission** Develop and support the implementation process of programs aimed at improving health and working conditions through assessments and inspections at workplaces.**Job Responsibilities**  Support the development and implementation of programs focused on preventing and improving employee health and overcoming pathological conditions detrimental to company objectives, through sickness absence control, prevention of occupational diseases, sanitary education, and health promotion;  Deliver the integration program for new employees, informing them about practices and procedures related to the medical clinic and occupational health;  Provide initial outpatient care for individuals with work-related illnesses or accidents, performing dressings, blood pressure measurements, temperature checks, etc., referring them to the occupational physician when necessary;  Assist in conducting admission, periodic, and termination medical examinations, interviewing employees, measuring blood pressure, weight, etc., and referring them to the physician for clinical examination;  Maintain control over materials and medications, requesting replenishment or purchase when necessary;  Be responsible for sterilizing clinic equipment;  Keep files, medical records, and all information updated in the system;  Conduct training for emergency brigades and first responders, participate in drills, and accident investigations;  Support all the company’s occupational health campaigns, for example: managing employee blood donation records and referring donors to requesting hospitals.**Profile we are looking for:** Proactivity Organization Time Management Proficiency with Software**What are the Requirements?**Technical Nursing Degree with specialization in Occupational Health Nursing Valid CNH B driver's license Reside in União de Minas/MG, Iturama, or Limeira do Oeste Mixed recruitment: Internal and External
