Monitor inventories, inspect products, and flag replenishment needs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive goods and verify quantities and product specifications. * Store materials appropriately, ensuring easy access and organization. * Track inventory inflows and outflows, maintaining up-to-date records. * Pick orders and prepare items according to internal requests. * Assist in restocking parts and materials when required. * Issue inventory-related documents and transactions. **Desired Qualifications** * **Organization**: Maintain a structured and functional inventory. * **Attention to Detail**: Identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy. * **Strong Communication Skills**: Efficient interaction with departments such as procurement, sales, and logistics. * **Technology Proficiency**: Familiarity with inventory management and record-keeping systems. **Your Daily Routine** * Receive and inspect incoming products. * Organize materials on shelves or in designated areas, following internal standards. * Monitor inventories, update records, and support periodic stock counts. * Track inventory levels and flag replenishment requirements. * Inspect products, checking condition, expiration dates (where applicable), and item integrity. **Working Hours:** 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM (1 hour 42 minutes break). **Fixed salary \+ 5% productivity bonus.** **Benefits That Make a Difference:** Birthday Day-Off – one day off to enjoy however you like!
