The professional will be responsible for performing tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the company's administrative department. Responsibilities: * Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports, spreadsheets, meeting minutes, and other administrative documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. * Supplier and Procurement Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers and partners, prepare quotations and purchase orders, review contracts, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. * Asset and Financial Management: Control assets and depreciation, analyze expenses, support budget preparation, and perform financial reporting. * Maintenance and Infrastructure: Develop building maintenance schedules and monitor service execution. * Administrative Processes: Design, monitor, and reassess information and process workflows on management platforms. * Institutional Support: Support general assemblies, Executive Board meetings, and Fiscal Council meetings, ensuring appropriate administrative support. * People and Environment Management: Promote a healthy and motivating work environment, inform supervisors of incidents, and ensure implementation of administrative policies. Requirements: * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Prior experience in administrative roles; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organizational skills and proactivity; * Ability to work effectively in a team.
