This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Management/Behavioral) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal/voucher allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Candidates who decline the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 44 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 5039\.75 **UNIT:** Access MG900Jardim Europa \| Uberlândia MG \- 38414529 **SUMMARY:** Delivers lectures on theoretical and practical knowledge within the scope of the position’s specialty, aligned with the educational pillars defined by the institution, and facilitates the learning process of students in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, and seminars). **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (REQUIRED):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. **PROOF:** Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in training, behavioral courses, and management. **PROOF:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s letter stating the issuer’s CNPJ, bearing official stamp and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service rendered, and detailed description of activities performed; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, containing identification page and employer registration, clearly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if CTPS entry uses nomenclature correlated to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
