Description: The Field Technical Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks involving technical and operational support in the field. Main responsibilities include: * Carry out the application of agricultural fertilizers according to technical specifications and recommended dosage; * Maintain frequent contact with customers, provide additional technical support, and resolve any issues or doubts that may arise after delivery; * Monitor product delivery logistics, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to the correct locations; * Guide the proper calibration of equipment used during application; * Conduct failure analysis during the application process and propose improvements. Requirements: **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in Agronomy, Agriculture, Livestock, or related fields; * Experience in field activities related to agriculture; * Knowledge of planting techniques and crop management; * Availability for travel and to work in different locations; * Class B driver's license. **Advantageous qualifications:** * Knowledge of sugarcane cultivation.
