Job Summary: Manage and coordinate the technical team responsible for maintenance and operation of mobile networks (2G-5G and IP), ensuring operational continuity and service quality. Analyze KPIs and generate action plans for improvements **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you on a daily basis:** --------------------------------- * Coordinate the technical team to ensure operational continuity and availability of mobile networks (2G\-3G\-4G, 5G, and IP network), aiming to achieve targets defined by Claro. * Guide the technical team in planning and executing preventive/corrective maintenance, and motivate them to develop solutions meeting management requirements. * Establish quality standards with teams for acceptance of new systems. * Ensure application of technical procedures, documentation, standardized policies, and training planning to guarantee high availability of Claro's networks. * Translate corporate strategies to the technical team, aligning company interests with results. Motivate the team toward new corporate projects defined by management. * Manage and monitor infrastructure maintenance, as well as contracts with partner companies providing network maintenance, transmission media, and RF services. * Analyze KPIs, draw conclusions, and jointly develop action plans for improvements with other areas such as TX Engineering, Core, Deployment, and RF. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **We are looking for someone who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer’s perspective.
