We are looking for a professional to join our Sales Administration team. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields. * **Experience:** Prior experience in administrative roles within sales, commercial, or customer service departments. * **Specific Knowledge:** Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel for report generation and data control). CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems experience is a plus. Basic knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and billing. Best practices in customer service and commercial relationship management. **Skills and Competencies:** * **Organization and attention to detail:** Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency. * **Effective communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills, both internally with the team and externally with customers. * **Proactivity:** Ability to identify issues and autonomously seek solutions, anticipating needs. * **Teamwork:** Ability to collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, logistics, and finance. * **Problem-solving ability:** Agility in handling unexpected situations, such as order adjustments, deadline changes, or special customer requests. **Responsibilities:** * Support the sales team in order processing and customer follow-up; * Provide support in billing-related activities, inventory control, order entry, and invoice issuance; * Maintain consistent contact with internal customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, and with external customers for strategic decision-making; * Assist in preparing sales performance reports and sales indicator analyses, transforming raw data into actionable insights; * Identify opportunities, mitigate risks, understand target audiences, and assess market competitiveness; * Support across all stages of the department, such as onboarding new customers (price list information, contracts, route planning); * Market and consumer analysis; * Data collection and management.
