Job Summary: We are seeking a partnership to develop and coordinate comprehensive architectural projects, including improvements, adaptations, revitalizations, landscape design, and industrial floor plans. Key Highlights: 1. Architectural project development and coordination 2. Full project development (end-to-end) 3. Technical support in interfacing with other disciplines We currently have a partnership opportunity in the field of project design. Responsibilities: * Architectural project development and coordination; * Full project development (end-to-end), from preliminary studies to executive design; * Projects for improvements, adaptations, and revitalizations of existing spaces; * Landscape design projects; * Development of locker room, bathroom, and support area projects; * Development and interpretation of industrial floor plans; * Technical support in interfacing with other disciplines (engineering, suppliers, and clients). Requirements: * Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; * Experience in corporate/industrial projects is a plus; * Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar); * Organizational skills, aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. * Must reside in the region.
