Job Summary: A professional to lead, monitor, and train security teams, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures and responding to incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and supervision of security teams 2. Monitoring of security systems and response to incidents 3. Preparation of reports and team training Main Responsibilities: * **Supervise the security team** (doormen, security guards, access controllers) * **Assign work schedules** and cover absences * **Monitor security systems**, such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control * **Track incidents** (thefts, intrusions, accidents) and make prompt decisions * **Prepare incident reports** and security performance indicators * **Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures** * **Train the team** on routines and best practices * **Conduct patrols and internal audits** **Required/Desirable Courses:** * Security guard course (with up-to-date refresher training) * Knowledge of **CCTV and security systems** * Basic first aid knowledge * Occasionally, management or leadership courses are requested **Education:** * Completed high school (minimum) * Advantage: Technical or higher education in fields such as Security, Administration, or Risk Management Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent position Compensation: R$4.500,00 \- R$5.553,00 per month Work Location: On-site
