Job Responsibilities and Duties: * Conduct monthly nursing assessments; * Perform exclusive nursing procedures; * Develop, implement, and monitor the care plan for nursing technicians, nursing assistants, and caregivers, aiming to promote resident well-being and ensure compliance with clinical standards and protocols; * Manage daily operations in conjunction with clinical processes and staffing levels, adjusting work schedules to guarantee appropriate care and resident safety; * Monitor and accompany residents’ departures for consultations with external specialists and family visits; * Maintain sustainable relationships with families, establishing trust-based bonds with clients; * Prevent adverse events by consistently prioritizing resident safety; * Perform wound dressings, relief catheterization, oxygen therapy, intravenous therapy, and monitor macro-drip and/or micro-drip infusion rates." Prerequisites and Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with active COREN registration; * Postgraduate studies in related fields are desirable; * Experience in institutions specializing in elderly care; * Knowledge of wound treatment and dressing techniques.
