Job Summary: Responsible for greeting, identifying, guiding, and providing information to guests, as well as performing check-in, check-out, reservations, and registrations. Key Highlights: 1. Relevant experience in this field is mandatory for this position. 2. Shift-based work with immediate start. 3. Hospitality experience will be a plus. * Guest service: Greet, identify, guide, and provide information to guests. * Check\-in and check\-out: Perform guest check\-in and check\-out. * Reservations and registrations: Handle guest reservations and registrations. * Conduct sector audits when necessary * Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule * Relevant experience in this field * Immediate availability to start * Hospitality experience (will be a plus) * Immediate availability to start Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.448,77 per month Experience: * Customer service (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
