




Job Summary: Manage rental operations, technical support, maintenance, and inventory activities while leading the team to ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and achievement of business goals. Team development and collaborative work environment **OBJECTIVE:** Manage equipment rental operations, technical support, equipment maintenance, and inventory control, leading the team to ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and achievement of company goals. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage technical support requests originating from rental operations and assign them to the responsible team. * Schedule deliveries and organize the logistics team’s schedule. * Coordinate inventory control of accessories, spare parts, and materials, ensuring availability and organization. * Monitor and manage equipment refurbishment performed by third parties. * Issue purchase requisitions according to operational demand. * Plan and organize the team’s vacation calendar, ensuring uninterrupted operations. * Coordinate, train, and develop the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. * Assign tasks and monitor results, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery. * Support the development and implementation of operational strategies. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in team leadership or management (operations, logistics, maintenance, or sales). * Completed high school education; higher education or technical degree in related fields is preferred. * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Familiarity with the company’s products/equipment. * Experience in logistics, deliveries, and inventory control. * Experience managing equipment and fleet maintenance. * Experience in planning and executing operational routines. **BEHAVIORAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Strong communication skills and interpersonal ease. * Proactivity and solution-oriented mindset. * Planning and organizational skills. * Resilience to operate effectively in challenging environments. * Balanced conflict management. * Sound decision-making ability. **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. **FULLY ON-SITE POSITION.** **BENEFITS:** Meal Allowance (R$20.00 per day) and Transportation Allowance/Fuel Benefit.
