About the position: We are seeking a Media Manager to support the team in developing online and offline media strategies. Our team is fully embedded with the client, with all departments working collaboratively. This is an on-site role located in Itapevi (SP). Responsibilities: - Plan, implement, and monitor paid media strategies (online and offline); - Manage budgets and ensure proper investment allocation; - Analyze performance, generate reports, and propose optimizations; - Manage relationships with media outlets, suppliers, and partners; - Support the creative and account teams with media guidance; - Ensure timely delivery, quality, and alignment of outputs with client objectives. Requirements: - Solid experience as a Media Manager in an agency or client-side environment; - Knowledge of digital media (Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic) and offline media (TV, radio, OOH, print); - Analytical, organized profile with strong budget management skills; - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively. Desirable: - Experience across diverse sectors (retail, consumer goods, entertainment, tech, etc.); - Experience leading teams or coordinating media projects; - Familiarity with BI tools and dashboards (Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau).
