




Job Summary: A professional responsible for daily client interaction to schedule loads, entering them into the system and managing service delivery and rejections, supporting report development and proposing process improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Daily interaction with clients for load scheduling and management. 2. Support in developing reports and managerial decision-making. 3. Proposal of process improvements and standardization. **Main Responsibilities:** Daily client contact to request scheduling of available loads; Receive and/or extract load schedules provided by clients via official portals and systems; Enter available loads into the Cooperplace system; Coordinate with branches to fulfill scheduled loads; Manage service level and rejection rates; Support development of various reports to assist technical and managerial decision-making; Propose process improvements and standardization; Collaborate with branch managers and supervisors on service delivery. **Requirements:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; Strong oral and written communication skills. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. **Additional Information:** Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
