If you enjoy working with people, thrive on challenges, and love a fast-paced environment, this is your place! **Your mission here** Ensure real-time monitoring and smooth logistics operations, guaranteeing route visibility, driver support, and rapid incident resolution — directly contributing to operational efficiency and the end-customer experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor the Control Tower, tracking routes and deliveries in real time. * Provide operational support to drivers during route execution, resolving questions, incidents, and operational needs. * Continuously update tracking systems to ensure accurate visibility of route and package status. * Manage the operational floor, supporting operational organization, outbound flow, and demand prioritization. * Handle operational incidents, mitigating impacts on productivity and customer experience. * Conduct daily operational briefings, reporting results, KPIs, and key events from the previous day. * Extract, analyze, and monitor reports in the SCC (Amazon) system to identify: pending packages, operational inconsistencies, deviations, and logistics incidents. * Execute daily operational closing, consolidating data such as: number of packages delivered; returned packages; actions taken; driver shift schedules and availability. **Requirements** * Completed High School education; * Passion for working with numbers; * Prior experience in the field; * Data analysis skills; * Experience managing KPIs; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. **Work Schedule** This is a 6-day workweek position! * Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday. **What We Offer:** Salary: salary expectations. * Health insurance (30% co-payment, no fixed deduction); * Bradesco dental plan, at no cost; * Meal allowance or food voucher of R$35/day (with 20% payroll deduction); * Birthday Day Off: one paid day off during your birth month, starting after 3 months of employment; * TotalPass (gyms and wellness); * Paternity leave of 10 days (after 3 months of employment). **Join Us!** At Dominalog, we believe success begins with people.
