If this position resonates with you, apply now! **Join TPC Intelligent Logistics!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Verify and adjust loading orders via collection authorizations sent by email when not completed by customers or carriers on the portal; Transfer products between Factory and CLO; Notify the Factory about item shortages during cargo release to request product shipment; Inform Logistics Analysts (Anhembi) about order adjustment needs due to shortages when no stock is available for transfer from the factory; Provide loading forecasts to drivers; Print and deliver the loading manifest to drivers (document required for entry into the Distribution Center) and to the picking team; Collect driver signatures and file loading manifests upon delivery of the invoice (NF); Identification, organization, and cleaning of the area. Perform operational support activities, including driver and carrier registration in the system (Totvs); Verification and entry to adjust collection data. Cargo assembly (manifest) via Portal or Totvs, billing, issuance of invoices, and vehicle departure registration on the portal; aiming to contribute toward achieving the company’s established objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in logistics is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
