**Responsibilities**
Monitor payroll processing to ensure calculation accuracy and adherence to deadlines;
Track employee vacations, leaves of absence, and benefits;
Support hiring and termination processes, including required documentation and compliance with legal deadlines;
Update and maintain employee records and registration data;
Monitor compliance with labor obligations, such as submission of information to government agencies (eSocial, Social Security);
Monitor collective bargaining agreements and implement changes as necessary;
Calculate and monitor taxes and labor-related charges (INSS, IRS, FGTS, among others);
Manage timekeeping, analyze overtime hours, and track working hour balances;
Respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries, benefits, and labor-related matters;
**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;
Residence in Itupeva/Jundiaí;
Prior experience with HR department routines.
