**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform physical installation (indoor and outdoor) of services requested by customers—including telephone line, broadband, and pay-TV installations—and carry out tasks such as cabinet wiring as well as troubleshooting line, data, and TV faults—ensuring high-quality, timely resolution to guarantee customer satisfaction.
* Comply with requirements for maintaining the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and participate in health and safety programs;
* Support external optical network deployment teams to enable end-customer service delivery, ensuring correct completion and configuration of purchased services—thereby guaranteeing optimal performance of fiber-optic broadband, voice/line, and pay-TV services.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Valid and permanent driver’s license — **Category B**;
* Experience and skills in manual or technical work (tools, wires, outlets, electricity);
* Experience in customer service;
* Ability to perform work at heights and near electrical power lines;
* Proficiency in computer use, Windows, and Microsoft Office suite;
* Discipline and proactive attitude in daily activities;
* Willingness to travel (short trips);
* Knowledge of GPON, IPTV, and VoIP technologies is considered a plus.
