**RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Handle, organize, and inspect electrical materials; * Follow instructions and procedures as directed by leadership; * Verify quantities and specifications according to provided documentation; * Report inconsistencies and issues to supervisor; * Support production in inventory control, miscellaneous items, and electrical materials; * Assemble components and kits; * Perform cleaning and organization; * Support production; * Print labels. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Reside in Indaiatuba** * Required: Completed high school education * No prior experience in the field required. * Basic knowledge of electrical tools such as: screwdriver, drill, grinder, circular saw, sander, and measuring instruments (tape measure and caliper). * Preferred: Currently studying in the electrical field * Preferred: Proven experience in electrical panel assembly * Preferred: Ability to interpret technical drawings and documents. **BEHAVIORAL PROFILE:** * Responsibility and Commitment: Takes ownership of assigned work, meets deadlines, and maintains expected quality standards. * Proactivity: Anticipates needs, identifies problems, and proposes solutions. * Organization and Discipline: Keeps the workplace clean and organized, respects company-defined processes and standards. * Attention to Detail: Pays close attention to each step of the assembly process, avoiding errors and ensuring product excellence. * Team Spirit: Collaborates with colleagues, shares knowledge, and contributes to a healthy and productive work environment. * Clear and Concise Communication: Conveys information directly, both to superiors and peers, facilitating integration and task execution. * Accountable for ensuring work quality and adherence to deadlines.
