If you seek to work with technology, solve technical challenges, and interact directly with clients, EE is the right place for you. **About the Position** ---------------- We are seeking a **Technical Support Analyst** to provide ongoing support for audiovisual systems, ensuring full functionality of deployed solutions, excellence in customer service, and adherence to SLAs. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on sound reinforcement, automation, video, and MTR systems * Respond to technical service requests both on-site and remotely, ensuring SLA compliance * Diagnose, repair, and install audiovisual equipment * Assemble, organize, and cable AV racks * Prepare technical reports documenting performed activities * Identify issues and propose technical solutions * Provide audiovisual support during events * Log working hours (timesheet) within established deadlines **Requirements** -------------- * Technical course in Electronics, Networking, or related fields * Experience in technical support for AV systems * Manufacturer certifications (Crestron, Extron, Shure, Biamp, QSC, or similar) * Knowledge of networking (basic IP configuration applied to AV) * Experience in customer service and SLA compliance * Valid driver’s license * Availability for travel (Barueri and Greater São Paulo) **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Experience with SAP * Familiarity with ticketing systems * Basic English proficiency **Hard Skills** --------------- * Knowledge of AV technologies * Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office suite * Technical problem diagnosis and resolution * Installation and maintenance of audiovisual equipment **Soft Skills** --------------- * Logical reasoning * Problem-solving ability * Proactivity and autonomy * Strong communication skills (verbal and written) * Professional demeanor with clients * Resilience under pressure * Continuous interest in learning
