So, come get “aluminized” with us! **\#VemserCBA** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage performance indicators for the Furnace Room under your responsibility (electrolysis/reduction); * Investigate issues in the Furnace Room area (reduction/electrolysis) and develop action plans to mitigate root causes; * Ensure proper adherence to process standards through routine audits; * Develop continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma concepts to enhance line performance and reduce specific consumption; * Maintain strong collaboration with Operations, Process, Maintenance, and support teams, focusing on improving routine quality and inputs; * Jointly define, with Process Engineers, the parameterization of electrolytic cells; * Support the implementation of AI-focused tools; * Take initiative in executing safety tools and sustaining the unit’s management system. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, preferably Metallurgical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering; * Statistical tools. **PREFERRED:** * Knowledge of Minitab; * Green Belt certification; * Advanced English (reading and speaking). **Additional Information** At CBA, our focus on people is real — that’s why we strive to support our employees at every stage!
