Headquartered in Barueri (SP), the company offers services such as digital accounts, condominium revenue guarantees, and advance payments from delinquent accounts, enabling more efficient and stress-free condominium management. Job Title: Collections Assistant Responsibilities: Provide customer service via WhatsApp and telephone. Issue duplicate payment slips (boletos). Assist in the collections workflow. Complete spreadsheets and maintain updated records. Requirements: Completed high school education (mandatory) Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and other computer programs. Strong communication skills, friendliness, empathy, and ability to interact effectively with customers. Job Details: Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts. Salary: BRL 2,250.00 per month. Benefits: 100% company-paid medical and dental insurance (Sul América). Meal allowance and food voucher. (BRL 31.30 per day) Working hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30–18:30; Fridays until 17:30. Transportation voucher. 13th salary.
