Apply now and join our innovation journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide user support for corporate tools using technologies approved by the company * Perform troubleshooting for user and operational environment issues, suggesting corrective actions and addressing root causes to prevent recurrence * Proficient in Microsoft Azure environment, including user account administration, license assignment, access privilege management, and Office 365 support * Guide and train colleagues on best practices for implementing and managing the corporate hardware and software portfolio * Stay updated on new trends, techniques, materials, equipment, and procedures impacting your role through internet access, reading specialized literature, networking, attending industry events, etc., and inform your supervisor for awareness and follow-up. * Capable of generating managerial reports for KPI dissemination and monitoring **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Data Networks, Networking, or Firewall Security; * Specialized courses in Incident Management, Firewalls, or LAN/WAN environments are desirable; * Knowledge of monitoring tools and Office 365 package management; * Knowledge of Agile methodologies and JIRA is desirable. * Familiarity with ITIL and COBIT frameworks is desirable and considered a differentiator * Knowledge of Veem and Acronis Cloud and On-Premises backup systems **Additional Information** * On-site cafeteria; * Meal voucher (VR); * Health insurance (with co-payment); * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Commuting allowance (VT) / Shuttle service / Mobility assistance; * Totalpass; * Work location: Santana de Parnaíba; * 44-hour workweek.
