We are seeking a Project Manager — Software Project Management to join our Digital Tech team. ? Role Mission: Manage the execution of a **multidisciplinary team (~9 people)** responsible for all products on the NEO platform. Handle demand intake, prioritization, and tracking via Pipefy, ensuring **on-time delivery, technical quality, and team fluidity**, with emphasis on removing impediments, aligning dependencies, and monitoring productivity. Key Responsibilities Manage customer and internal demands (Pipefy + meetings)* ClickUp (execution). * Define and maintain an execution process — lean, disciplined, and non-bureaucratic. * Technically prioritize the backlog jointly with the Product Owner. * Assign tasks to specific developers, agree on deadlines, and follow up on deliveries. * Track time per task/developer and generate productivity reports. * Ensure quality: minimal testing with Level 2 Support (QA), coding standards, and minimal documentation. * Ensure cross-functional and cross-product integration: Back × Front × Lume × ML × Mobile App × Dashboards × Insights. * Communicate product launches internally (product fit). * Risk management: dependencies, bottlenecks, recurring incidents. * Run weekly sprints + biweekly reviews + monthly retrospectives. Education and Qualifications * **Education:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree — preferred. * **Practical experience leading delivery:** mandatory. * **Relevant fields of study (examples):** + Computer Science + Software Engineering + Computer Engineering + Information Systems + Systems Analysis and Development **Location:** Vinhedo/SP **Employment Type:** PJ (Individual Contractor) **Work Format:** Hybrid (4 days onsite at the office, 1 day remote)
