Description: About the vacancy: * Work as a Construction Site Inspector Technician, responsible for monitoring and inspecting construction work execution, ensuring compliance with technical, legal, and safety standards. * Conduct periodic inspections at construction sites to verify compliance of performed services. * Issue technical reports and necessary documentation for construction control and monitoring. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality and delivery deadlines. Main responsibilities: * Inspect construction work execution in accordance with projects, technical specifications, and current standards. * Verify compliance with occupational safety standards at construction sites. * Monitor correct use of materials and equipment during service execution. * Record and report non-conformities, proposing corrective actions. * Participate in technical meetings and monitor construction schedules. * Issue detailed reports on progress and quality of performed work. Mandatory requirements: * Technical education in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Surveying. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in related activities or having provided services to public sector companies. Desirable requirements (advantage): * Provide technical support to inspection activities regarding monitoring and control of sanitation works for systems included in the regional investment portfolio under your responsibility. * Occupational safety training.
