Here, you’ll have the opportunity to **create solutions that truly make a difference**, in a constantly evolving market. **Responsibilities and duties** * Prospect new services to meet network sufficiency requirements; * Conduct technical and documentary analysis for credentialing physicians, clinics, and hospitals. * Evaluate legal requirements, certifications, and professional registrations according to process standards and relevant regulatory bodies. * Negotiate contractual terms with providers, aligning deadlines, fees, and internal policies. * Monitor renewal deadlines and database updates, ensuring maintenance of the credentialed network. * Prepare managerial reports and performance indicators related to credentialing. * Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting resolution of complex cases. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal process guidelines. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Health Management, Nursing, or related fields. * Solid experience in medical credentialing and network management. * Knowledge of ANS regulations and legislation applicable to the supplementary health sector or discount card programs; * Strong negotiation and provider relationship skills. * Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with credentialing management systems. **Additional information** CLT employment contract Work schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) – hybrid model Location: Av.
