Job Summary: A professional to develop and manage physical product projects, owning the full lifecycle—from concept through to launch—with a focus on OEM, ODM, and CMF. Key Highlights: 1. Proactivity and high execution capability **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- **1\. Project Development and Execution (OEM, ODM, CMF, Improvements)** * Be the OWNER of each assigned project. Monitor progress, drive momentum, and ensure adherence to the schedule through to launch. * Rigorously oversee CMF (colors, painting, finishes, special editions). * Monitor definition and development of packaging for each item. * Validate samples with focus on: dimensions, fit, sealing, finish, painting, functionality. * Resolve issues promptly and propose feasible solutions. * Propose suggestions for new products. * Maintain strong follow\-up rhythm with international suppliers. **2\. OEM Projects (when required)** Support T0, T1, T2* PP Sample cycles. * Review technical drawings and CAD files. * Validate mold corrections and basic engineering changes. **3\. Development Lifecycle Management** * Manage deadlines, SLAs, risks, and cross-departmental alignment. * Record actions, decisions, pending items, and version history. * Update BOMs, technical specifications, and engineering documentation. * Monitor quality control (QC) testing and production inspections. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ **Experience** * 2–5 years of experience in developing **physical products**. * Experience with **ODM** and **CMF** (volume, speed, and adjustments). * Experience working with **international suppliers** (daily follow\-up). * Experience validating technical samples. **Technical Knowledge** * CAD (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Creo or equivalent) — review/intermediate level. * Design tools: Adobe Illustrator * Processes: plastic injection molding, painting, assembly, finishing. * Intermediate/advanced Excel. * Fluent and functional English (communication with suppliers). **Behavioral Traits** * Extreme proactivity (does not wait for instructions). * High execution capability. * Assertiveness in holding suppliers accountable and making decisions. * Impeccable organization. * Attention to detail (nothing goes unnoticed). * Ability to solve problems quickly. * Genuine sense of urgency. * Emotional stability under pressure **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with thermal products (bottles, mugs, containers). * Experience with international quality inspection. * Knowledge of CMF design.
